SEAT 24 X 18" INVACARE - WITH 5 MOUNTING SCREWS. FITS ON CHAIRS BEFORE 9/30/03

This is an Invacare vinyl wheelchair seat.  It is 24W X 18D EXTRA DEPTH, and is embossed.  It includes the hardware to install it.  It comes with 5 mounting screws and the hole pattern from front to back is

2", 3-1/2", 3-3/4", 4-3/4", 3-1/4".  Please measure the screw distance on your current seat and make sure it has 5 screws. See pictures for more details
