All dealer accounts are subject to review and approval by Shivo Mobility management.

Create Your Online Account

Begin by registering for a standard account on ShivoMobility.com using your business information.

Please ensure your company name, contact information, billing address, and shipping address are entered accurately to help facilitate the approval process.

Submit Your Dealer Request

Once your online account has been created, email customerservice@shivomobility.com with the following information:

  • Confirmation that your online account has been created.
  • The email address associated with your registered account.
  • A copy of your valid resale certificate attached to the email.

Our team will use this information to review your eligibility for dealer status.

What Happens Next

Once your registration and required documentation have been received, your application will be reviewed by Shivo Mobility management.

If approved, you will receive a welcome email confirming your dealer status. Your account will then be updated with your assigned dealer pricing, allowing you to view wholesale prices and place orders directly through our online catalog.

If your application is not approved, our team will notify you by email with additional information regarding the decision.
