HOW TO ORDER

Shivo Mobility wants to make your shopping experience as easy and safe as possible.

Look through our on-line catalog to find the type of part you are looking for. We have included detailed information to help you find the right products. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you still have questions about any of the products.

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 15 day return policy from the date merchandise is purchased.

All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number. Please call 866-381-6910 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. The RA must be included inside the box along with the product being returned. Special Order items are not eligible for returns. Returned merchandise will not be processed without the required RA number and will be returned to the customer.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise may be returned by US Post Office, UPS or FedEx. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, credit will be applied to the credit card for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. The original and return shipping cost is not refundable.

Custom made orders will not be returnable or refundable. Also note that some products (e.g. bath and safety products, used products, wheelchairs missing components) will have a restocking fee of up to 25% and WILL REQUIRE MANUFACTURER APPROVAL FOR RETURN

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION AND NO MISSING PARTS.

PRIVACY POLICY 

Shivo Mobility makes it a priority to protect your privacy. We will never share or sell the information we collect to anyone. The information we gather from you is used to fulfill orders and provide customer service.

Occasionally we may use the information to notify you about important site changes, new products and offers you'll find valuable. If you prefer not to receive this information you can always opt out.

When you place an order with us we use a secure server. Our network is protected by a dual-layer firewall security system, making it virtually impossible for hackers or unauthorized users to compromise the integrity of our Web site. 

SHIPPING TERMS

We ship all of our orders via UPS Ground and USPS standard and Priority mail from Southern California and we may offer free shipping on most orders some products. Qualifying orders must be shipped within the Continental US. However note that the if the product is return for non-defective cause, there will be up to 25% restocking fee. Custom made orders, may not qualified for free shipping.

Orders shipping outside the Continental US have special shipping prices. Please ask us for a quote if shipping outside the Continental US (this includes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). No International shipping
