Orders and Shipping

How quickly do orders ship?

Most in stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

Do you offer drop shipping?

Yes. In addition to shipping from our California facility, we work with trusted manufacturing partners to drop ship select products in order to reduce transit time.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. If you need a rush order, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

I have my own shipping or freight account. Can I use it?

Yes. Please leave your carrier name and account number in the Customer Notes section at checkout.

How do I know if a part will fit my wheelchair?

Product descriptions include sizing and compatibility information whenever possible. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us with your wheelchair brand and model so we can assist you.

Do you sell complete wheel assemblies?

Yes. We offer complete rear wheel assemblies as well as individual components such as tires, bearings, pushrims, and hardware.

Are your tires flat free?

We offer both flat free and pneumatic tire options. Please review the product description to confirm the type before purchasing.


Returns and Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy on eligible items. Products must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and with no missing parts.

Do your products include a warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. If you have a warranty question, please contact us with your order number and product details.


Dealer Accounts

How do I become a dealer?

To qualify, you must be a registered dealer, reseller, or repair technician and provide a valid resale certificate.

First, create an account on our website. Then email sales@shivomobility.com with the email address used to register and a copy of your resale certificate. Our management team will review your application and notify you by email once a decision has been made.

How long does dealer approval take?

Dealer applications are typically reviewed within a few business days once all required documentation has been received.
