This is a popular power chair 8 X 2" (200x50) Caster Wheel.  It has a 2 piece black plastic wheel that is connected with 4 bolts and nuts and a Primo foam filled solid rib tire.  This wheel has a 2 1/2" hub width and comes with 5/16" (608-RS) precision bearings pre-installed.  Sold as one pair.  Please watch our videos to make sure this is what you need.
