Who Qualifies
To open a dealer account, you must:
- Be an established dealer, reseller, or wheelchair repair technician
- Operate a registered business
- Provide a valid resale certificate
Dealer accounts are reserved for businesses purchasing products for resale or professional service use.
How to Get Started
Step 1: Create Your Online Account
Register for a standard account on our website using your business information. Please ensure all company details are accurate, including your business name, billing and shipping addresses, and contact information.
Step 2: Submit Your Dealer Request
Once your account is created, send an email to:
Include the following in your email:
- Confirmation that you have created an account
- The email address used to register
- A copy of your valid resale certificate attached
What Happens Next
Our management team will review your account and submitted documentation.
If approved, you will receive a welcome email confirming your dealer status. Your account will be updated with dealer level pricing, giving you access to preferred rates and the ability to place orders online at any time.
If your application is not approved, you will receive an email with additional details regarding the decision.
